Description:
The role holder is responsible to execute routine maintence and operations of Groundwater Monitoring Stations, Meteorology Stations, Well Field Stations and Mobile RO Units and all associated equipment located in different areas of Qatar. Also, he is responsible to maintain all electromechanical equipments related to Well and Groundwater section in compliance with Kahramaa’s Code of Pratice to ensure that all of these are properly operational during emergency or if it is needed.
Performs field work to execute strategies and plans aimed at planned, preventive and corrective maintenance of all electro-mechanical & Instrumentation and associated equipment’s in Well and groundwater Section.
Carries out regular break down maintenance of electro-mechanical & Instrumentation equipment’s such as control, flow, pressure and levels), meteorology instruments, different type of Forwarding pumps, Submersible pumps, Chemical pumps, Booster pumps, Dosing pumps, different type and sizes of valves, pipes, Compressors, MCC, UPS, PLC ACTUATOR VALVES, VFD, MOTOR and other electro- mechanical /instrumentation equipment’s in pumping stations, Reverse Osmosis plants, to ensure trouble free operations at allocated installations.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering or equivalent
Work Experirience: 5 years of relevant experience of which minimum 3+ years of operations of groundwater stations
