GIS Technologist (A/C Developer)

Description:

​The role holder is responsible for effectively maintaining the integrity of the Spatial and non-spatial data using ArcSDE, this includes working level System Administration, Oracle, Arc SDE and ArcGIS Server administration, maintaining the public database of GIS with privileges and software development for the end-user needs and software procedures for day to day activities. 

Maintain the integrity of the Data that is in AutoCAD format.Configure, Design and Organize all the digital data for upgrade to GIS format. Development of programs for and in AutoCAD.

Qualifications:

​- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science (GIS)

- Minimum 6 Years of experience in a similar role with 3 years as GIS Technician, possessing advanced knowledge of GIS principles and practices; proficiency in Arc/Info and ArcGIS software and related ESRI programming tools

- Familiarity with relational database systems design, development and administration principles and their relationship to GIS (Oracle or similar experience desirable)
