KAHRAMAA organizes workshop for top officials

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) organized a three- day workshop for its directors and managers recently at Sheraton Doha on Financial Management for Strategic Decision making.

 
The event was jointly organized by Human Resource department, Finance department and Business & Corporate Planning department. The workshop was conducted by the Management Centre Europe (MCE) which is the provider of talent development programs for International companies throughout Europe, Russia and the Middle East. A large number of higher- ups attended the event.
 
The workshop was focused on enriching participants financial knowledge as non- financial professionals, explaining the importance of financial management as a component of strategic planning & decision- making and imparting basic skills to deal with financial statements and basic operations among others.
 
The event was initiated on 15th September and ended on Tuesday.
