​The role holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Contracts and Agreement in providing legal guidance/ inputs on all matters related to all engineering contracts and agreements for all directorates, departments and sections in Kahramaa. This role will also be responsible for reviewing scope of work/ services requested by concerned user department, developing suitable tendering strategy and pricing structure, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions and ensuring that Kahramaa’s policies and procedures are followed while such work activities are being conducted.
