Description:
The role holder will be responsible for research and analysis activities to support departmental objectives and contribute to the collection and development of timely and relevant reports and data
· Consults with internal divisions and departments to determine and help prioritize business intelligence and secondary research needs
·Uses data to determine market and business trends to increase profits and efficiency
·Develops reports of where Kahramaa stands in the industry, studies how to improve and how to reduce costs
· Analyse data, past trends and current conditions and communicates those trends to Kahramaa
· Supports in conducting business research to identify and segment potential opportunities as per Kahramaa requirements
· Assists in reaching out to external Business professionals to gather pertinent industry/ section related data
·Maintains and update comprehensive database on local, regional and global industry performance with in depth details on sectors/ industries of interest to Kahramaa
· Collects and collate information for various requirements
· Helps prepare Benchmark reports, best practice comparison, source market review, etc. (if requested)
· Provides support in any initiatives that serve in developing and enhancing processes and practices at Kahramaa
· Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement department on securing and maintaining the ISO 9002 certification
· Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the respective sections are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT/Engineering
- More than 6 years in a similar role
