KAHRAMAA Organizes an Initiative of World Humanitarian Day

​Within its social responsibility, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA”; represented in National Program for Conservation & Energy Efficiency “Tarsheed”, has hosted events of “World Humanitarian Day” that comes on August 19 of every year. This initiative organized in collaboration with Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy to emphasize on the importance of humanitarian in improving and promoting societies.

This initiative seeks to disseminate volunteering culture and instill the concept of giving in humanitarian field. The organizers visited one of the Corporation’s sites in presence of H.E Eng. Essa Bin Hilal Al-Kuwari, KAHRAMAA President and H.E. Hassan Bin Abdulla Al Thawadi, Secretary General of Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy to share this occasion with workers as an appreciation of their great role in society.  
KAHRAMAA, due to its social responsibility; continuously supports humanitarian initiatives through organizing events to thank workers who play a great role in economic growth and achieving the national development in the state.
