KAHRAMAA Opens New Customer services Hall

Qatar General Electricity &Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” launched a new hall at the main Customer Service branch in Al-Hilal. It comes within KAHRAMAA endeavor to develop services delivered to customers. 

KAHRAMAA President, H.E. Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari said, “KAHRAMAA develops services to cope with the latest services and technological development as per the instructions of H.E Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. KAHRAMAA adopts several initiatives meant to place the customer at the heart of decision making to ensure a relentless focus on the customer’s needs. KAHRAMAA also endeavors to achieve sustainability in all fields.


KAHRAMAA has introduced various electronic services since KAHRAMAA President announced in 2014 that KAHRAMAA will be transformed into smart corporation. The transformation started with a package of electronic services and KAHRAMAA application for smart phones within a strategy meant to transform KAHRAMAA into smart corporation in 2015.


The renewed hall was launched in mid February 2015. It opens from 7:00 am to 6: 00 pm. All services are provided through 18 counters. As well, the fast track service is available to provide smoother services for Qataris, aged people, women, and the disabled.
