Qatar General
Electricity and Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” organized an induction day for its
new employees at KAHRAMAA Awareness Part. The two-day event was meant to
introduce them to the work environment and educate of KAHRAMAA related
regulations and work processes.
KAHRAMAA holds
this meeting on quarterly basis to ensure good communication with the new
employees to reach the target level and determine the required development and training
programs. KAHRAMAA aims to develop the performance of all services provided.
He meeting
started with a welcome note followed by a presentation about KAHRAMAA
departments, organizational structure, vision, and employment objectives as per
Qatar national Vision 2030. The meeting reviewed the feedbacks of the new employees
regarding their first month employment, development and training plan, job
responsibilities, and probation period.
The meeting
included as well a presentation on employee e-services via KAHRAMAA website and
mobile App and how to use. At the end of the meeting the employees took a tour
at KAHRAMAA Awareness Park.
They reviewed
its facilities, programs, and services as a science platform aims to educate
generations of electricity and water conservation, energy efficiency, renewable
energy, and sustainability.
