Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) organized a two- day workshop (11- 12th September) on subject titled “Automation connection fees and additional modification.”

 

The workshop was jointly hosted by Customer Services department and Information Technology department of  KAHRAMAA. A number of professionals and Engineers including sections heads across the departments attended the event and exchanged the concerned information and ideas.

The workshop discussed the possibility of developing an application through the system to calculate the cost of electricity and water services electronically without involving human element.

The system aims at accuracy, error- free and expanding the horizon of qualitative services being rendered to valued customers.
