“KAHRAMAA” announces the improving of “Final Statement Service”

​Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” announces the improving of “Final Statement Service” provided electronically on KM Website km.qa, via visiting Government Services Centers or KAHRAMAA Centers.

The customer could request the service electronically and specify the date of statement. Then, the remaining insurance value will be returned during two weeks of issuing last bill. The customer also must attach the bank IBAN Certificate for transferring the insurance amount by KAHRAMAA. 

This step comes within KAHRAMAA efforts to ensure continuously improvement and provide best services to its customers.
