KAHRAMAA extends TFS working hours

1
Giving impetus to its customer service, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has opened its Tanker Filling Stations at Sailiya and Umm Salal round the clock during the holy month of Ramadan.
The customer- friendly decision was taken to reduce the long waiting queue of Tanker vehicles at both stations due to the rising demands of water in all sectors across the city. The demand of water has gone up in Qatar in view of population, industrial expansion and ongoing massive infrastructural projects.
The initiative to enhance working hours is one of the outcomes of KAHRAMAA’s commitments towards its qualitative development aiming standard qualities and services for its customers.
KAHRAMAA has also helped Civil Defense department recently with 500 tankers from its Sailiyah TFS in its fire- fighting operation at Industrial area where two warehouses were gutted down in a devastating fire.
KAHRAMAA has asked its Industrial or corporate customers to apply for temporary water connections at construction sites to avoid any hassle.
