On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha holiday, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” announces that working hours at all KAHRAMAA water filling stations for the tanks will be as follow:  
One night before Eid: Working hours of all stations start at 6 am till 10 pm. The working hours of Al-Sailiya and Umm Salal stations end at 12 pm while Al Ghuwariyah station will be closed. 
First day of Eid: Working hours of Al-Sailiya, Umm Salal and Al-Shahaniya stations start at 2 pm till 10 pm; while the all other stations will be closed. 
The rest days of Eid Holiday: Working hours will be around clock in Al-Sailiya and Umm Salal stations while Al Wakra station starts at 6 am till 10 pm. Other stations:  Al Khor, Al-Shahaniya, Al Shamal, Aljmailia, Mesaieed and Al Ghuwariyah start at 6 am till 2 pm. The working hours program of water filling stations will be as follow:

Customer Services Centers will be closed during Eid holiday where all technical teams are ready around clock for any incident in collaborated with Unified Call Center 991 to receive all remarks and complaints to provide both electricity and water services without interruption and with high quality. Furthermore, the customer from abroad could contact with KAHRAMAA on 00974-44494000.
