KAHRAMAA in Full Readiness for The Holy Month of Ramadan

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” is all set to receive the holy month of Ramadan. All due technical and administrative procedures have been taken in transmission and distribution networks. It comes within KAHRAMAA endeavor to ensure stable supplies and provide high quality electricity and water services.

 
Electricity Network Affairs has completed all maintenance works at transmission substations and control centers are standby. The technical and emergency teams, and call centers are ready to handle any incident during the holy month and respond to complaints around the clock. KAHRAMAA is ready to meet overloads that may ensued in Ramadan at any institutions due to the massive consumption in mosques in particular where demand for electricity and water noticeably increases.
 
Water pumping stations and Tankers Filling Stations (TFS) are all set to receive the holy month of Ramadan.  All due technical and administrative procedures have been taken. Water will be pumped as usual around the clock during the whole month to ensure stable water supplies for customers. Water standby teams are ready to handle any water shortage incident anywhere.
 
Customer Service Centers are open during Ramadan form 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. the call center 991 operates 24/7 to report any incident.
 
On the occasion of Ramadan, KAHRAMAA announces that Tanker Filling Stations (TFS) will be operated seven days a week to meet all customer needs as follows:
